We are pleased to announce that starting Jan. 3, Tina-Marie Clark will serve as Adirondack Health’s patient advocate and experience coordinator.
Her role as patient advocate is vital to our organization because she will act as the voice of the patient. Clark will be a liaison between patients and other members of the healthcare team, helping address a variety of issues that may arise. She will also work to improve the overall patient experience across our organization.
“Tina brings exceptional experience and a person-centered approach to improving patient care,” said Matt Glaude, director of quality and analytics. “I am confident she will succeed because she possess all the right traits for being a great patient advocate – active listening, compassion, respect, and empathy. Please join me in welcoming Tina to her new role!”
