SARANAC LAKE – On Monday, Dec. 30, Casella Waste Systems officials met with Adirondack Health leaders to present a donation of $100,000 to the Adirondack Health Foundation’s Cornerstone Campaign.

The Cornerstone project will relocate and expand the Renal Dialysis Center at Adirondack Medical Center in Saranac Lake and completely renovate AMC’s two patient care floors and patient rooms with a new HVAC system, improved air exchange and infection prevention measures, new windows and bathrooms, an improved nurse/patient communication system, and a larger inpatient physical therapy space.

Adirondack Health is grateful to Casella for investing in the future of patient care for our region.
