Last week, three Adirondack Health staff members had the opportunity to present on stroke awareness at De Chantal Apartments in Saranac Lake. Kelly Love-Robinson, RN, Eve Frenette, BSN, RN, and Jessica Snyder, RDN, CDN spent about an hour talking to residents about stoke awareness, warning signs, medications, and lifestyle/nutritional goals. Thank you to Wayne Feinberg, Joan Grady, and the De Chantal team for their warm welcome and use of the building’s community room. We hope to do more of these educational sessions in the future!
