As the COVID-19 pandemic leads us to stay away from in-person contact, Adirondack Health is striving to continue to guide your health needs. We are here for you if you have a health problem and need to see a doctor or other primary care provider.
In many cases, we can work out ways to see patients over a video conference or, if necessary, over the phone. When you call 518-897-APPT(2778) to make an appointment, our staff will work with you to decide the best way for you to receive care.
Adirondack Health's community health centers welcome new patients seeking skilled and personal care for the entire family.
Our health center hours are designed to accommodate your schedule. A caring team of doctors, physician assistants, family nurse practitioners and nurses assure the attentive care necessary to support high-quality health services.
As a patient of our health centers you will have a secure electronic health record that may be used by caregivers in the event you need emergency care, advanced imaging or any of the wide range of services provided by Adirondack Health.
Our goal is to develop and build upon a long-term relationship that focuses on wellness and preventing illness so that you and your family can enjoy a healthy lifestyle. Our preventive care services include education, fitness and health screenings and immunization programs that support the well-being of patients of all ages.
