You may receive more than one bill for services performed at Adirondack Health. If you have any questions or need information about your bill, please call the number listed on your statement. For secure, online bill payment click here.
If you cannot pay your bill, Adirondack Health has financial counselors to assist you. Email our billing office at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 518-897-2217 for more information.
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act requires all hospitals to annually publish access to hospital pricing information. This pricing does not include physician or other professional provider charges. The links below may serve as a guide to those services, charges, and reimbursement for Adirondack Health based on data compiled from the Centers for Medicare Services and the New York State Department of Health.
Adirondack Health Charge Description Master (CDM)
The Charge Description Master (CDM), or chargemaster, is a comprehensive listing of items that could be billed to a patient, payor, or healthcare provider. The listed prices do not necessarily reflect the out-of-pocket costs that patients are likely to pay. Patients may receive a better estimate by consulting directly with their insurance carrier.
Per FY19 IPPS Final Rule CMS-1694-F, the Adirondack Health CDM can now be viewed by simply selecting the appropriate hyperlink below.
Starting Jan. 1, 2019, the viewable CDM will be updated every three months.
