Adirondack Health helps provide newborns a 'Warm Beginning'
Adirondack Health’s Primary Care Center in Tupper Lake is helping the local Kiwanis Club provide a “Warm Beginning” for newborns. The Tupper Lake Kiwanis Club partnered with local churches – St. Alphonsus, Holy Name, Saint Thomas Episcopal and Tupper Lake Baptist churches – to collect items for the “Warm Beginnings” project. The goal of the project is to collect baby items, like bibs, onesies, and blankets, for any family in need. The items were donated to the Tupper Lake Health Center where staff will distribute the items as a need is identified. Kiwanis members recently dropped off donated items to the staff at the health center.
