The Adirondack Health 100 Miler is a free community “get moving” campaign that encourages people to be active by completing 100 miles in 100 days, completely human-powered!
It’s simple to participate:Get active and join this ‘movement’ that is a 100-day excursion to reach 100 miles ~ walk, run, pedal, paddle or hike your way to 100 miles or more. This is a FREE active-living challenge for the entire family!
