Adirondack Health welcomes new Chief Financial Officer
SARANACLAKE – Adirondack Health is proud to welcome an experienced professional to serve as its new Chief Financial Officer.
Tristan Glanville began work as a member of Adirondack Health’s executive leadership team recently, and has settled into the community. His most recent position was as Chief Financial Officer at Inter-Lakes Health in Ticonderoga.
Tristan has 30 years of progressive leadership responsibility in administration and finance at not-for-profit healthcare organizations. Much of his experience for the last decade dealt with strengthening the long-term financial position of hospitals and health systems. He truly believes servant-style leadership has been key to the success he has enjoyed over the years.
“The servant leadership philosophy fosters not only individual ability, but also collaboration among employees seeking to achieve our shared goal of exceptional patient care,” said Mr. Glanville. “As healthcare continues to evolve into a value-based model, the quality of care, patient outcomes and how they rate their overall experience will be linked to the financial strenth of Adirondack Health.”
The decision for Mr. Glanville to accept the CFO position was based on the progressive philosophy of Adirondack Health, and how that is reflected in the staff’s daily commitment to quality care.
Mr. Glanville is glad his new job keeps him in the Adirondacks to enjoy his outdoor passions: hiking, bicycling, motorcycle touring, snow shoeing, cross-country skiing and downhill skiing. He is the proud father of three children and four grandchildren.
Originally from Texas, Mr. Glanville received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Louisiana Tech University and has specialized training in a variety of financial and business administration disciplines.
