September Community Outreach- Pain Management

Adirondack Health’s September Community Outreach Series will focus on pain management. Adirondack Health's Abbey Lynch, PT, DPT will present “Understanding Your Pain and What to Do About It,” providing attendees with valuable information regarding why we have pain, what causes chronic pain, how our body reacts to pain and what treatment options are available.
Adirondack Health’s Community Outreach Series runs from 6 – 7 p.m, is free for everyone, and provides refreshments. To learn more, contact Eileen Mowrey at 897-2321.
