National Healthcare Decisions Day

High Peaks Hospice & Palliative Care, in collaboration with Adirondack Health, are encouraging the public to complete an advance directive. Why? Because advance care planning is about planning for the 'what ifs' that may occur across your lifespan, not just for older adults approaching the end of their lives. A Five Wishes event will be held on April 16th in the Redfield Room at Adirondack Medical Center from 2 to 4 p.m. This event is free and open to the public.
