American Red Cross Disaster Preparedness

Do you know what to do when disaster strikes? The American Red Cross, in partnership with New York State, is hosting two free disaster preparedness sessions at 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. in the First Floor Conference Room at Adirondack Medical Center, Saranac Lake. The Citizen Preparedness Corps training lasts approximately an hour and a half and gives a comprehensive overview on how to prepare for, respond to and recover from natural, man-made or technological disasters. Participants will receive a complimentary magnetic flashlight or first aid kit. Training is also available online - click here.
