Did one particular staff member, physician or department make your stay with us exceptional?  If you would like to make a gift that will benefit a particular individual’s department or program, please let us know by making the request on the memo section of your check or noting your wish on the on-line form.  Donor restricted gifts are temporarily restricted until the Department Director uses them to enhance patient care or provide continuing education for caregivers.  Foundation Staff will inform the Department Director or Physician of your gift.
