Throughout every stage of a woman’s life there are recommended tests and screening that should be completed to maintain good overall health and wellness. A Women's Health Navigator at Adirondack Health is someone who can help sort through the many resources, answer questions and serve as an advocate for the patient.

Adirondack Health has also developed a short directory of local physicians and community programs to assist you in navigating through the complex world of well women care. Not everything, nor everyone, is mentioned in this resource tool. If you do not see what you are looking for, contact our women’s health navigator and she will guide you in the right direction.

By taking the time to learn about your health and wellness, you are one step closer to being a well woman!

What is a women’s health navigator?
A women’s health navigator is a registered nurse who is dedicated to guiding you and your family through healthcare experiences at every stage of life. At Adirondack Health, Jessica Duhaime, RN, RNC-OB, IBCLC, is the women’s health navigator. She is the GPS for our patients.

In any event or situation, Jessica is here for you.

What services does a women’s health navigator provide?
The job of a women’s health navigator differs from patient to patient. Jessica offers personalized care and her guidance depends on your stage of life and unique circumstances.
