Dr. Diana Christensen joins Adirondack Health
SARANAC LAKE – Today, Adirondack Health announced the addition of Diana Christensen, M.D. to the organization’s employed medical staff. Dr. Christensen is board certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases. She will divide her time between seeing outpatients at the Tupper Lake Health Center and providing infectious disease consultations and expertise throughout the Adirondack Health organization.
Dr. Christensen was born in Argentina and is a 1991 graduate of Buenos Aires University School of Medicine. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at James J. Peters VA Medical Center, Mount Sinai School of Medicine, Bronx. Dr. Christensen also completed an Infectious Diseases fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center, University Hospital for the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx.
“Having been afforded the opportunity to travel extensively throughout my medical career, I am excited to land in a place as beautiful and welcoming as the Adirondacks,” said Dr. Christensen. “My husband and I look forward to settling down here and getting to know our new friends and neighbors.”
