Dr. Winter has served on the Finance Committee and the hospital Foundation board. He is the past president of the Franklin County Medical Society. Dr. Winter specializes in diagnosis and treatment of all forms of cataract, glaucoma and retinal diseases. His office has a full dispensary for optical and refraction meds.
